Yeah, im 15 and i do it every day, but i would really think it depends on the person. Its really really really hard, and it takes a lot of will power and concentration. They tell you , the first time you go, that it is your first goal to stay in the room for the full 90 minutes. I have only had to leave once and thats just because i wasnt feeling well anyways. I would really really recommend this.. i know this is like 4 months late, but if you haven’t done it, do it for sure hope this helps :)

@bethal1998 I believe a stone is 14 pounds. So, a stone and a half would be 21 pounds.

I want to attend my local class, but I’m really self conscious. I’m gonna make the effort though, cos I’m bloody awful to be around at the moment lol!

I’m 14 and I am going to attend my first Hot Yoga class tomorrow. I’m not sure if Hot Yoga is the same as Bikram Yoga, or if there’s any variation, but I think the temperature and humidity of the room should be the same. For teenagers, Hot Yoga could be a concern if sweat pores are not fully developed, as is sometimes the case in a growing body. If your yoga studio offers Reduced Heat classes, you should try that first. If not, take your chances, but consult a professional Yoga instructor first.

@ 4:24 the lady said she lost a stone in a half. What is that in terms of pounds lost?

@ChainedIllusion
Hey, do you think a fifteen year old could go? Or is it too grueling. I want to do this before my gym workout and before football spring training in May.
