Yeah, im 15 and i do it every day, but i would really think it depends on the person. Its really really really hard, and it takes a lot of will power and concentration. They tell you , the first time you go, that it is your first goal to stay in the room for the full 90 minutes. I have only had to leave once and thats just because i wasnt feeling well anyways. I would really really recommend this.. i know this is like 4 months late, but if you haven’t done it, do it for sure hope this helps

I’m 14 and I am going to attend my first Hot Yoga class tomorrow. I’m not sure if Hot Yoga is the same as Bikram Yoga, or if there’s any variation, but I think the temperature and humidity of the room should be the same. For teenagers, Hot Yoga could be a concern if sweat pores are not fully developed, as is sometimes the case in a growing body. If your yoga studio offers Reduced Heat classes, you should try that first. If not, take your chances, but consult a professional Yoga instructor first.
