Well done. You have an excellent skill for delivering so much valuable information in a short, entertaining way. I felt like I was listening to a friend watching your vid. Many ‘experts’ do not choose to present this way and I think it kills their message and, maybe, their clients as well.

At first, I didn’t know where this guy was going but, I continued to watched and listen. He is right on with all that he is saying and has given more in depth information on stress nad weight loss than most top trainers and weight loss gurus.

some people are more prone to being fat because their body secretes more digestive enzymes than others, but this only means tha t they are capable of building more muscle in the end and thus far burning more calories.. I like to call these people desiel and if they put their body to the test they should have no problem being muscularly fit and in shape just in a different form than say someone who would be smaller and with less body fat (secreting less enzymes from the digestive tract)

a persons body is imbalanced because of 2 reasons and primarily 2 reasons only… A. an IMBALANCED DIET and as a symptom of A. they usually go hand in hand.. B. IMBALANCED physical activity, or lack of caloric efficiency (taking on more calories than one needs) Thus far the only 2 things we as a human being without medical or scientific intervention can do are: A. correct improper and imbalanced diet and B. utilizing your calories by mixing lifting weights with cardiovascular workouts
