This seems to work if you start getting the scratchy throat & feel a cold coming on. I don’t like the dosing- you have to take A LOT of capsules, even when you are doing “health maintenance”. Then I burp the stuff up the rest of the day. As I said, I do feel like I’ve stopped a cold in its tracks with the Wellness Formula.

I keep this product in stock to help prevent colds. I’ve also taken this product after having gotten a cold, and my body healed much faster that I expected. I actually started using this products from recommendations from 2 other friends who use it.

This product is excellent, but you must take it at the very first signs of sickness and then continue for a few days, even if you feel fine the next day continue it one more day or else it comes back and then doesnt work so well.

This is a great immune system builder, far better than Airborne and similar “mostly vitamin C and ginseng” products available OTC.
I take this at the first sign of colds, ful and even cold & canker sores, and it either stops them dead or reduces the duration and severity of symptoms by around 1/3.
Note that for some, the tablets may be a bit too large, and the taste is not very good.
