@optika first away with sugar and fat… no butter no sugar then taste 3 beachbum clips arms legs and Tum then cool down… i lost 6 pounds in 4 days… it helps really but u have 2 change also your meal… eat healthy live healthy… Peace.

Hey, I did it 7 days in a row and I must say it really worked. The first 2 times were very difficult to finish, but now it goes fluently. Once you did it a couple of times, you know the routine so you can just listen and focus on your body. Thanks to this routine and a low calorie diet I’m ready for summer ;-)
