your not gonna get muscular with this workout.. and by the way.. the whole thing about women getting big when lifting heavy is a myth.. look it up.. its actually great for women to lift heavy to gain muscle.. i think Sean has a video on this topic.. oh.. and by doing so you will lose more body fat..

remember its the muscles that burn the calories,the harder you work them the more energy they need.they get it buy burning calories (fat) i’m no trainer but i suggest warming up with 15-20 min.of cardio then, use light to medium heavy weights with high reps (about 20).in a full body workout.when done do a minimum 20 min cardio.

As a female, you do not have the hormonal capacity to have really big muscles like a man would. Doing a workout like this is geared more towards conditioning and fat loss than muscle size. It will make you stronger, but it won’t get you big. However, if fat loss is your goal, I wouldn’t shy away from the traditional 15-20 minute interval cardio sessions. You should do weights and cardio.

ive just started watching these videos .. and he mentioned about how cardio alone is not good for. as i begin doing weight training … will a workout like this make my muscles really big? my goal is to tone my body more, lose the fat, while building muscles but not TOO much. seeing as i’m a girl, i don’t want to look like a buff guy =P

so basically, just wondering if this workout would still be useful for my goals
