I’d assume they were okay physically. Is there any reason they shouldn’t be okay mentally?

Its an over all term meaning that the child is ok by the standards set by state and federal guidelines. It doenst mean any thing bad just that they are basically fine as far as that level of research discovered. The child is in good health…
